Mark Vitow Ltd Supports Women Installers Together 2026

Mark Vitow Ltd is proud to support Women Installers Together (WIT) 2026, as tradeswomen from across the UK prepare to gather in London for one of the industry’s most important networking and community events.

Taking place on Friday 3 July at London Metropolitan University in Islington, WIT brings together around 200 tradeswomen, trainees, supporters and industry allies for a day dedicated to connection, inspiration and celebrating the achievements of women in skilled trades.

Founded by award-winning plumber and industry campaigner Hattie Hasan MBE, WIT was created to provide a dedicated space for tradeswomen to meet, share experiences and build valuable professional networks. Now in its ninth year, the event continues to play an important role in supporting women working across the trades.

This year’s programme includes professional speaker and adventurer Bonita Norris, the youngest person ever to reach both the summit of Mount Everest and the North Pole, alongside contributions from Hattie Hasan MBE and tradeswomen attending the event.

Despite growing interest in trade careers, women remain significantly underrepresented across many sectors of the industry. Events such as WIT help create visibility, provide role models for future generations and demonstrate the opportunities available to women pursuing careers in skilled trades.

Hattie Hasan MBE said: “We’re so proud to create this space for tradeswomen every year. We still meet tradeswomen who’ve never met another tradeswoman until they come to WIT. Seeing those connections happen is what makes the event so special.”

In addition to inspiring talks, attendees will enjoy networking opportunities, lunch, raffle prizes and the chance to connect with fellow tradeswomen from across the UK. The relationships and support networks formed at WIT often continue long after the event itself, helping to strengthen the wider community of women working in the trades.
