Farewell to Keith Whitehouse: Celebrating a Remarkable Career

In Mark Vitow News, Positive Plumbing

Last week, we said a fond farewell to our beloved Regional Sales Manager for the Midlands, Keith Whitehouse, as he embarks on his well-earned retirement.

After an incredible 37 years in the plumbing and heating industry, Keith is hanging up his sales boots, leaving behind a legacy of dedication, integrity, and deep customer relationships.

A Passion for the Industry

Keith joined Mark Vitow Ltd in 2020, bringing with him not only a wealth of experience but also an infectious passion for the trade. Over the past few years, he has become a trusted and familiar face across the Midlands—always ready with a solution, a smile, and a genuine interest in the people he served.

“If you asked me 10 years ago, I wouldn’t have thought that sales reps would still have a place in the industry,” Keith reflected. “But now as I retire, I don’t see that changing. This industry is built on relationships, and I’ve loved every minute of my career. Thank you to everyone at Mark Vitow for their help and support.”

A Lasting Impact

Keith’s influence goes far beyond sales—he’s been a true ambassador for the Mark Vitow brand and a valued colleague. His ability to build strong, lasting connections with both customers and teammates is what made him stand out.

Matthew Phillips, Managing Director, shared these parting words:
“We’re incredibly grateful to Keith for everything he’s brought to Mark Vitow Ltd—his passion, his enthusiasm, and his commitment to excellence. He will be greatly missed by staff and customers alike. We wish him all the best for this next chapter and a long, happy, and healthy retirement.”

Thank You, Keith

As we say goodbye, we also celebrate a fantastic career and the lasting friendships Keith leaves behind. From all of us at Mark Vitow Ltd—thank you, Keith, and best of luck on your next adventure!
